The physical stage roared into life with La Crema FC carving out a 1-2 lead going into the second half. With tough challenges across the pitch, MEXICO QUETZALES – ARMADILLOS FC took their chances to force a 3-3 draw. The resulting penalty shoot-out was a tense affair with MEXICO QUETZALES – ARMADILLOS FC’s keeper standing tall to lead them to a deserved victory.
Alfonso Giovanni GIO Rodriguez Granados, the hero goalkeeper from MEXICO QUETZALES – ARMADILLOS FC, said: “We are so thankful for this incredible game, I'm very fortunate to able to be called the man of match. Now is time for the team to have some rest, recharge and look forward to tomorrow.”
