VR-game. HADO Global Invitation

Introducing
VR Game.HADO
HADO is a sport that let's players strap on head-mounted displays and armband sensors to wield energy balls and shields on a real-world court as if by magic. It is epitome of phygital sports – combining augmented reality with physical dexterity in a single game.
How It Works
Clubs
Each club has between 3 and 5 athletes, with 3 athletes participating in each match. Players of all genders can take part.
Competition Format
There are 6 clubs participating in the competition, where they all compete against each other in two separate game modes: HADO PvP and HADO WORLD. In each game mode, the clubs receive ranking points, depending on what position they come in the final result from 1st to 6th.
In each game mode, clubs start by competing against each other in a round robin qualification stage, with the resulting top 4 ranked teams advancing to the next stage of the competition, which is single elimination resulting in the following matches: semifinals, third place match and the final.
During the round robin stage, each match is the ‘best of one’ game, which lasts 80 seconds and the team with the highest score wins the match. If the match is tied at the end of the 80 seconds, a one-point sudden-death tiebreaker is played.
Following completion of the round robin stage, the clubs are ranked according to the number of wins of each club. If any clubs have the same number of wins, rankings are determined by a series of tiebreakers.
From the semifinal stage onwards in each game mode, matches are played as a ‘best of three’, with the winner of the match being the club who wins two of the three games.
