How It Works

Participants

Each participant is a phygital dancing athlete. All athletes must meet the requirements for participation set out in the Rules and Regulations.

Competition Format

Sixteen athletes compete in a Double Elimination format (elimination after two defeats), starting from the 1/8 finals stage. Each match is played in a best-of-three format.
Before every match, athletes receive a list of five tracks that have been randomly selected from the official pool. A coin flip decides which athlete begins the track selection procedure. Athletes take turns banning one track at a time and then take turns choosing the last 3 tracks and the order in which they are.

Game details

Athletes use Just Dance 2025 Edition together with Just Dance Plus on Nintendo Switch. All tracks are performed in Single Track mode and must follow the official settings outlined in the Technical Rules.
